How to use the DIY Garage

The DIY garage is open 24/7,
however whilst we’re starting up, we
do ask that you ring ahead to let us
know to expect you. Please bring
your driving license with you.
There’s a minimum 1 hour charge for
the bays, and then you will be
charged in ½ hour segments – we
won’t be watching you by the minute,
don’t worry. If you need to wait for
a part delivery we’ll stop the clock
for you and if it turns into a
longer term parts wait, a rebuild or
if you have a restoration project or
similar, we do have storage options
available. Please call for details.
The only jobs that you can’t do in
the diy garage are welding and paint
spraying, though we do have separate
facilities where these things may be
done.
Our onsite mechanics include Lyndon
Williams who has an NVQ and VRQ
Level 3 in Automotive maintenance
and repair with specialist sports
car training working on Porsches,
and is a Sinclaire Motorsport
Approved Engine Conversion Mechanic
for Lotus’s. Others have their own
expertise including welding and
bodywork. |
